Grow includes review requests by email, SMS, and QR; drip campaigns; AI-assisted replies; monitoring across 80+ sites; website review widgets; white-labelling; plus local rank tracking, citation tools, and audits. SMS uses prepaid SMS Mode Credits (10 free to start; top-up bundles from the dashboard; credits do not expire).
Be upfront: at 6–10 locations on yearly Grow, BrightLocal is $98 a month versus More Good Reviews Agency at $159 a month for ten locations. BrightLocal is cheaper there if you want the full local SEO suite.
