More Good Reviews vs Podium

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Podium’s own articles list Core at $399 a month and Pro at $599. More Good Reviews collects the reviews, replies on Google and Facebook, and includes AI from $49 per location per month.

What you get with More Good Reviews

More Good Reviews is review software for a business and a white-label portal for an agency. Requests go out by email and SMS. Google and Facebook reviews sync into one dashboard, and replies post back to those listings. AI is included on every paid plan: suggestions, reply drafts, automatic posting, highlights, sentiment, and tags. Widgets and a Showcase publish the reviews on the site you already have. Customers come in from CSV, Stripe, HubSpot, email BCC, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.

Business starts at $49 per location per month billed yearly, or $59 month to month. Each location includes 5,000 review requests, and reminders are included with the request. Agency is $99 per month for 5 locations and 25,000 requests. Extra locations are $12. Ten locations are $159 a month. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain and never see More Good Reviews. The agency invoices them. A seven-day trial does not require a credit card.

Reviews are an attachment to the inbox

Podium sells a text inbox, web chat, and payments. Reviews ride along. The public pricing page still asks you to pick an industry and request a quote. Phones are priced by the number of units. An AI Employee is an add-on on every plan.

On Podium’s retail plan page, Core includes AI review response suggestions. AI review responses sit on Pro, at $599 a month. Podium’s subscription terms set an initial term of twelve months unless the order says otherwise. Buyers report that leaving during that term means paying the months still left.

A review request should not require a new phone system

More Good Reviews sends the request from the strategy you set, after a signup or a charge, with reminders included. Replies post back to Google and Facebook. The customer lands on a branded review page, a QR code, or a kiosk, and the review can go on the site through a widget or a Showcase.

Core at $399 is the entry to a lead inbox, and it still describes review help as suggestions. AI review responses wait on Pro at $599. Phones and the AI Employee are more lines on the bill. A business that already has a phone and a CRM pays for a second inbox in order to ask for a Google review, then stays for twelve months.

For an agency

Five client locations on More Good Reviews are inside the $99 Agency plan. Ten are $159. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain and receive the agency’s invoice.

Podium points a multi-location business at a custom Signature quote, on a twelve-month term, for software the client experiences as Podium. Every new location is another sales cycle.
