More Good Reviews vs NiceJob

Last updated: November 3, 2026

NiceJob holds AI replies for a $135 plan and has no white-label client portal. More Good Reviews includes AI on the first paid location and runs an agency portal for $99 a month.

What you get with More Good Reviews

More Good Reviews is review software for a business and a white-label portal for an agency. Requests go out by email and SMS. Google and Facebook reviews sync into one dashboard, and replies post back to those listings. AI is included on every paid plan: suggestions, reply drafts, automatic posting, highlights, sentiment, and tags. Widgets and a Showcase publish the reviews on the site you already have. Customers come in from CSV, Stripe, HubSpot, email BCC, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.

Business starts at $49 per location per month billed yearly, or $59 month to month. Each location includes 5,000 review requests, and reminders are included with the request. Agency is $99 per month for 5 locations and 25,000 requests. Extra locations are $12. Ten locations are $159 a month. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain and never see More Good Reviews. The agency invoices them. A seven-day trial does not require a credit card.

AI replies are the upsell

NiceJob’s pricing page lists Starter at $95 a month and Pro at $135. Starter covers email and SMS requests, widgets, social sharing, a team leaderboard, and a microsite. AI replies, win-back campaigns, referrals, broadcasts, NPS surveys, and competitor tracking are Pro. A managed website is a separate Sites plan at $99 a month plus a $199 setup fee.

The product on that page is one business. There is no client portal on the agency’s domain. Five separate Pro subscriptions would be $675 a month. Five locations on More Good Reviews Agency are inside $99.

The first invoice should include the reply

On More Good Reviews, the first location already drafts replies and can post them to Google and Facebook after a delay you set. Suggestions help a customer start a 4- or 5-star review. Widgets and a Showcase put the feedback on the current site, with structured data available for search ratings. Slack or Discord takes the alert. Stripe, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant brings the customers in.

NiceJob’s $95 plan stops before the reply. The $135 plan is still a single-business subscription, and it walks a business that wanted requests and a widget toward broadcasts, referrals, and a separate website with a setup fee.

For an agency

Agency is built for resale. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain, see only their projects, and never see More Good Reviews. The agency can cap a noisy client, suspend a project when an invoice goes unpaid, and turn on single sign-on. The agency sends its own invoices. Extra locations are $12.

NiceJob’s pricing page has no client role and no shared request pool. An agency is left logging into each client’s NiceJob account, with the vendor’s name still on the product, at $135 a location once AI replies are required.
