More Good Reviews vs Birdeye

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Birdeye hides the price, then sells reviews inside an annual contract. More Good Reviews publishes the price, includes AI, and starts a seven-day trial without a credit card.

What you get with More Good Reviews

More Good Reviews is review software for a business and a white-label portal for an agency. Requests go out by email and SMS. Google and Facebook reviews sync into one dashboard, and replies post back to those listings. AI is included on every paid plan: suggestions, reply drafts, automatic posting, highlights, sentiment, and tags. Widgets and a Showcase publish the reviews on the site you already have. Customers come in from CSV, Stripe, HubSpot, email BCC, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.

Business starts at $49 per location per month billed yearly, or $59 month to month. Each location includes 5,000 review requests, and reminders are included with the request. Agency is $99 per month for 5 locations and 25,000 requests. Extra locations are $12. Ten locations are $159 a month. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain and never see More Good Reviews. The agency invoices them. A seven-day trial does not require a credit card.

Birdeye withholds the number

Birdeye’s pricing page is a form. It asks for contact details and a location count, from 1–3 locations up to 1,000 and more, and it does not show a price. Birdeye’s own cost article says the price is per location and agreements are typically annual.

Birdeye’s terms, effective May 13, 2026, renew that agreement for the same term unless written notice arrives at least 90 days before renewal. At renewal, Birdeye adds an 8% Innovation Fee on recurring service fees, unless the order form changes the fee.

Buyer reports in 2026 put a single location near $299 to $349 a month on that annual agreement, before setup fees and add-ons. Ten locations still land near $199 to $249 each in those same reports. That is thousands of dollars a month. More Good Reviews Agency at ten locations is $159.

You pay for the suite to get the reviews

The review work is the same job either way: ask real customers, bring Google and Facebook into one dashboard, reply, and put the reviews on the site. More Good Reviews is that product. The first location includes 5,000 requests, reminders, and AI.

Birdeye wraps that job in listings, surveys, and messaging, then prices the bundle per location under one contract. A single storefront waits on a rep for a number. An agency pays that contract again for every client location, and still has a vendor brand, a 90-day notice window, and a renewal fee to explain.

For an agency

Agency is one line: $99 a month, five locations, $12 after that. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain, see only their projects, and get the agency’s invoice. Team members see every client. A project can be capped or suspended when a client stops paying.

Birdeye’s path for that same roster is a per-location order form. The price shows up after the sales call, the term runs a year, and leaving it takes 90 days of written notice.
