More Good Reviews vs GatherUp

Last updated: November 3, 2026

GatherUp’s advertised rates are annual prices, and review defense is a second annual product. More Good Reviews publishes a price you can start on, with AI included and an agency portal at $99 a month.

What you get with More Good Reviews

More Good Reviews is review software for a business and a white-label portal for an agency. Requests go out by email and SMS. Google and Facebook reviews sync into one dashboard, and replies post back to those listings. AI is included on every paid plan: suggestions, reply drafts, automatic posting, highlights, sentiment, and tags. Widgets and a Showcase publish the reviews on the site you already have. Customers come in from CSV, Stripe, HubSpot, email BCC, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.

Business starts at $49 per location per month billed yearly, or $59 month to month. Each location includes 5,000 review requests, and reminders are included with the request. Agency is $99 per month for 5 locations and 25,000 requests. Extra locations are $12. Ten locations are $159 a month. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain and never see More Good Reviews. The agency invoices them. A seven-day trial does not require a credit card.

The headline price is the annual rate

GatherUp lists Local Business at $99 a month for one location, billed annually, and Multiple Locations at $60 per location, billed annually. Agency is custom. Annual billing is how those cards are discounted. The number in the headline already assumes the year.

Review Defense is separate, and it requires an annual commitment. Reveal is $45 per location per month. Illuminate is $125. Integrity is $300. Listings are another $40 per location per month. One location on the headline plan, plus the cheapest defense plan, plus listings, is $184 a month in annual commitments.

On December 3, 2025, Insight Integrity acquired GatherUp and Grade.us together. The agency price is still a sales conversation, and the other brand in the same portfolio has its own seat prices and a $440 dashboard-logo add-on.

One bill for the weekly work

More Good Reviews covers the loop on the plan you bought. Customers come in from Stripe, HubSpot, a CSV, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant. The strategy sends the request and the reminders. Google and Facebook reviews land in the dashboard, and replies post back. AI drafts those replies on every paid plan and can post them after a delay you set. Widgets and a Showcase publish them on the current site.

GatherUp’s $99 single-location price arrives only after annual billing. Defense cannot be month to month. Listings are a third line. An agency looking at ten locations is at $600 a month on the public annual rate before a single defense seat, and the agency card itself has no price.
