More Good Reviews vs TrueReview

Last updated: November 3, 2026

TrueReview’s $49 plan is 250 requests, one user, and five AI suggestions a month. More Good Reviews at $49 per location includes 5,000 requests and AI on the plan.

What you get with More Good Reviews

More Good Reviews is review software for a business and a white-label portal for an agency. Requests go out by email and SMS. Google and Facebook reviews sync into one dashboard, and replies post back to those listings. AI is included on every paid plan: suggestions, reply drafts, automatic posting, highlights, sentiment, and tags. Widgets and a Showcase publish the reviews on the site you already have. Customers come in from CSV, Stripe, HubSpot, email BCC, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.

Business starts at $49 per location per month billed yearly, or $59 month to month. Each location includes 5,000 review requests, and reminders are included with the request. Agency is $99 per month for 5 locations and 25,000 requests. Extra locations are $12. Ten locations are $159 a month. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain and never see More Good Reviews. The agency invoices them. A seven-day trial does not require a credit card.

The low price is a tight cap

TrueReview lists Starter at $49 a month, Small Business at $99, and Premium at $299 a month, or $2,148 a year. Starter includes 250 review requests, one location, one campaign, one user, three review sources, and five AI response suggestions a month. Small Business raises that to 500 requests, still one location and one campaign, one added teammate, five sources, and manual tagging. Premium includes 2,500 requests shared across five locations. Another location is $39 a month. Unused requests do not roll over. SMS waits on verification and is limited to the United States and Canada.

The trial allows up to 250 email requests. A $99 plan on More Good Reviews is the Agency portal: five locations and 25,000 requests. TrueReview’s $99 plan is one location and 500 requests.

A normal month blows past the starter cap

One More Good Reviews location includes 5,000 requests, and reminders are included with the request. Teammates join the project. Slack or Discord takes the alert. Stripe, HubSpot, a CSV, or a connected assistant can add the customers. Replies can post to Google and Facebook on their own after a delay you set.

TrueReview’s $49 plan stops at 250 requests and five AI suggestions. The $99 plan is still one campaign and 500 requests, with tags applied by hand. Five locations and automated tagging cost $299 a month, and those locations share 2,500 requests. That pool is a tenth of Agency on More Good Reviews, at triple the price. A sixth location is $39 there and $12 on Agency.

For an agency

More Good Reviews Agency is the client portal: your domain, your brand, client logins, and the right to suspend a client who does not pay. You invoice the client.

TrueReview’s public plans stack single-business caps. Premium’s five locations share one small request pool, and the pricing page offers no client portal on your domain. Reselling it means reselling the meter, then buying stores at $39.
