REVIEWS.io meters every invite and holds Google ratings and SMS for a higher plan, with a 100-text cap. More Good Reviews includes 5,000 requests, reminders, Google and Facebook replies, and AI from $49 per location per month.
More Good Reviews is review software for a business and a white-label portal for an agency. Requests go out by email and SMS. Google and Facebook reviews sync into one dashboard, and replies post back to those listings. AI is included on every paid plan: suggestions, reply drafts, automatic posting, highlights, sentiment, and tags. Widgets and a Showcase publish the reviews on the site you already have. Customers come in from CSV, Stripe, HubSpot, email BCC, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.
Business starts at $49 per location per month billed yearly, or $59 month to month. Each location includes 5,000 review requests, and reminders are included with the request. Agency is $99 per month for 5 locations and 25,000 requests. Extra locations are $12. Ten locations are $159 a month. Clients sign in on the agency’s domain and never see More Good Reviews. The agency invoices them. A seven-day trial does not require a credit card.
REVIEWS.io’s pricing page lists Essentials at $29 a month for up to 300 review invites, Start-Up at $99 for up to 1,500, Grow at $299, and Plus at $499. Those cards are shown as annual billing. Each email or SMS they send counts as one invite.
The $29 card is product and company reviews, photos, and widgets. Google Seller Ratings, rich snippets, review importing, and SMS show up on the $99 card, and SMS is capped at 100 invites. The $299 card is where the reputation manager starts, and it still lists 100 SMS invites and 100 survey replies. Plus, at $499, adds translation, a customer success manager, onboarding, and syndication. Getting onto the $299 plan comes with a pitch to book a demo so they can talk about buying out your current contract.
Their agency program is a partner login and a referral commission. The client account is still REVIEWS.io. More Good Reviews Agency is a portal on your domain, and the client never sees More Good Reviews.
| More Good Reviews | REVIEWS.io | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry paid plan | From $49 per location per month. 5,000 requests. AI, Google, and Facebook included. | $29 a month for 300 invites. Google Seller Ratings and SMS are not on that card. |
| A $99 plan | Agency: 5 locations, 25,000 requests, your domain, your brand. | Start-Up: 1,500 invites, and SMS stops at 100. |
| Reminders | Included with the request. | Each email or SMS counts as another invite. |
| Google and Facebook replies | Included on the first paid location. Replies post back to the listings. | Google Seller Ratings start at the $99 card. The reputation manager starts at $299. |
| AI | Suggestions, reply drafts, automatic posting, highlights, sentiment, and tags on every paid plan. | Not on the $29 or $99 cards. The $499 plan is where the success manager and syndication sit. |
| Ten client locations | $159 a month, portal included. | Invite volume climbs the same ladder, up to $299 and $499 a month, on their brand. |
| Who the client sees | The agency’s domain, logo, and invoice. | REVIEWS.io. Partners get a login and a referral commission. |
One More Good Reviews location includes 5,000 requests. A follow-up is part of that request, not a second charge against the pool. Google and Facebook are on that same plan, and AI can post the reply. Widgets and a Showcase go on the site you already run. Stripe, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, the API, or a connected assistant supplies the customers.
REVIEWS.io’s $29 plan runs out at 300 invites, and a reminder email spends another one. Matching a 5,000-request month means leaving that card. The $99 plan still caps texts at 100 and stops at 1,500 invites. The plan that adds a reputation manager is $299 a month. An agency that wants clients on its own domain is looking at a partner directory, not a portal it can invoice under its own name.
