Data Subject Access Request

This page explains how to submit a Data Subject Access Request ("DSAR") or other privacy rights request to SJW Group, Inc., a New York corporation, d/b/a More Good Reviews ("MGR", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Who This Page Is For
This page is for individuals who want to exercise privacy rights with respect to personal information that MGR processes as a data controller, including when you:
- create or use an MGR account;
- visit our websites;
- contact us; or
- otherwise interact with MGR directly.
2. End Customers of MGR Business Customers
If you received a review request, submitted a review, or otherwise interacted with a business that uses MGR, that business is usually the controller of your personal information.
Please contact that business first if you want to access, correct, or delete personal information they control through MGR.
If you contact us instead, we will forward your request to the relevant business customer where appropriate and assist them as required by our agreements and applicable law.
3. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- access a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive a portable copy of personal information you provided; and
- opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in our Privacy Policy).
Residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights permitted by law.
4. How to Submit a Request
Email legal@moregoodreviews.com with the subject line Privacy Rights Request.
Include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your records, such as:
- your full name;
- the email address associated with your MGR account or communications with us;
- the nature of your request (for example, access, deletion, or correction);
- any relevant account, project, or business name; and
- your country or state of residence, if applicable.
If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of another person, include proof of authorization as required by applicable law.
5. Verification and Response
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If we cannot verify your identity with the information provided, we may ask for additional details.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we need more time, we will notify you as permitted by law.
If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and provide information about any available appeal or complaint process where required by law.
6. Account Self-Service
If you have an MGR account, you can access and update much of your account information by signing in and visiting your profile and project settings. Some requests may be fulfilled more quickly through your account than by email.
