In this policy, we refer to all of these as "cookies" unless otherwise noted.

3.3 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our marketing website and, in some cases, customer-facing pages configured by our business customers.

Analytics cookies on our primary marketing website are used only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after you provide consent through our cookie banner.

3.4 Marketing Cookies
We may use marketing cookies and pixels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and understand how visitors arrive at our website. On our primary marketing website (moregoodreviews.com), these tags are loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz and related marketing tools. MGR's own marketing tags are not loaded on white-label agency portals, customer custom domains, or end-customer pages such as review, kiosk, and showcase pages. These cookies are not used to sell your personal information.

4. Consent Management
On domains where cookie consent is enabled, we display a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept, reject, or customize which non-essential cookies are loaded. Your preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and honored on each subsequent visit.
The preferences panel includes four categories:
- Essential — always active
- Functional — enhanced features such as live chat
- Analytics — measurement tools such as Google Analytics 4 and PostHog
- Marketing — advertising and campaign attribution pixels
Analytics and marketing tags loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz are not loaded until you provide consent for the relevant category. You may accept analytics without accepting marketing, or vice versa.
You can change your preferences at any time by selecting Cookie Preferences in our website footer, which reopens the consent settings panel.
Business customers using custom domains may enable or disable the cookie consent banner in their project or agency settings. When enabled on a customer-facing domain, visitors to that domain will see the consent banner configured for that deployment.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages or that we use to operate the Services. These third parties may use cookies according to their own privacy policies, including:
- Cloudflare (security, CDN, Turnstile, and Zaraz tag management)
- Google (Analytics, Ads, OAuth sign-in, Maps, and Places)
- LinkedIn (Insight Tag advertising measurement)
- Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel advertising measurement)
- PostHog (product analytics and usage measurement)
- Stripe (payments)
- X (X Pixel advertising measurement)
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) (error monitoring, which may use cookies or similar identifiers in limited circumstances)
We do not control third-party cookies. We encourage you to review the relevant third-party policies for more information.
6. Cookies on Customer-Facing Pages
When you visit a review page, widget, kiosk page, showcase page, or other customer-facing experience hosted through MGR:
- strictly necessary cookies and storage may be used to deliver the page, prevent abuse, and support core functionality;
- a business customer may optionally configure Google Analytics or other third-party tools, which may set their own cookies; and
- a cookie consent banner may appear if enabled by that business customer or agency.
If you have questions about cookies on a specific business customer's page, contact that business directly. MGR processes data on such pages as described in our Privacy Policy and in our Data Processing Agreement with the business customer.
7. How to Control Cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Consent tools. Use our cookie banner or Cookie Preference link to accept or reject non-essential cookies where available.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Services may not function properly.
- Analytics opt-out. Google provides tools to opt out of certain Analytics collection. See https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Do Not Track. Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals in a uniform way.
Deleting cookies may remove preferences and require you to sign in again.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice.
